In no way "Online Image Resizer" may be held responsible for any cost or services associated with replacement of damaged equipment or data resulted from the use of this website or browsing to the sites linked from this website.
To submit Pixel Ads to "Online Image Resizer" you are required to provide a valid email address. Your email address is safe and secure. "Online Image Resizer" do not rent, lease or sell your email address to anybody. Your Email address is not displayed anywhere on our web site to protect you from any form of Spam.
"Online Image Resizer" does not use "hard" cookies (a small files stored on your computer). Your browser however must be ready to support session cookies. Session cookies destroyed at the time you leave this website or close your browser.

a. General

Every pixel ad submitted to "Online Image Resizer" will be reviewed before going live. We do not accept sites with sexually explicit content. We may, at our discretion accept sites with adult content; however the link you submit must lead to a neutral page with warning about site content and a chance to bail out.
In case we decide to disapprove newly submitted ad for which a payment was already made, we will issue a 100% refund. If however, your site was approved and later on you changed the link to other site containing explicit adult materials, you ad will be suspended but not deleted. You will have a chance to modify your ad at any time replacing offensive url link.
Note: Frequent offenders will have their ad completely removed without a refund.
If for one reason or another you decide to remove your ad from our site, you can do that at all times, but for paid ads refund will not be issued.

b. Images

Images you upload for ad must be the exact size as selected advertising space. Images which do not match advertising space will be automatically resized in which case the image content might get distorted.
Images must only be in .jpg or .gif format and be no more than 500 kb in file size. Animated images will lose animation after submission.
Uploaded images must not contain an explicit sexual or violent graphics. Else your ad will not be approved.

c. Paid Ads

The minimum purchase price is $10 USD for 100 pixels block (10x10 px). You are limited to 60 blocks for a single ad you purchase in sections "A", "B", "C" (see sections legend here). If you'd like larger area for a single ad, please make an inquiry
You may submit as many ads as you'd like even for the same domain.
Your ad is guaranteed to run for the period of 3 years.
You may edit your ad changing an image, web address, web title or email at any time.
Newly posted ads are approved and go live only after the payment is received. Allow up to 24 hours for ad approval.
Pixel Ads are sold by 2CheckOut.com Inc. (Ohio, USA), which is an authorized retailer for services provided by GA Soft

d. Free Ads

You are limited to 9 blocks for a single ad in sections "D" (see sections legend here).
You may submit as many ads as you'd like pointing to different web domains. A single domain (with respective subdomains and redirection through other domains) can only be listed once in section "D". No exceptions are made. Offender ads will be removed without further notice.
Your ad will stay active for the duration of 3 month after which will automatically be removed. If you'd like to continue advertising, you must make another submission.
